The NYT has the story, as does Drudge, and it was the lead story on Journal de 20 Heures this evening. This is huge, and alomst unprecedented. Except for Danielle Mitterrand's support of Fidel Castro, denying he was a dictator who imprisoned dissidents, the President's entourage does not express their opinions in public. The case of First Mistress, or First Girlfriend, Valerie, is far more complicated. Revealing a totally out if touch Hollande who just elected has already lost control of the dialogue and the news cycle. The Socialists have committed the cardinal sin of French politics, allowing their personal life to be brought into political life. The day of the usual defense of "c'est la vie prive9e" is officially over. The people-ization of French politics has officially begun. It is open season on Hollande and his me9nage. France is in terrible crisis, fiscally, socially, even though the Socialists will not even allow the word "crise" to pass their lips. People are suffering, frustrated, afraid, and exasperated. The last thing this new government needs is frivolous backbiting and scandal. http://vsuivag.com czretstwphy [link=http://pkalnjdmm.com]pkalnjdmm[/link]

(2/2)Falorni thus decided he'd run seocnd with a woman as a front. Her name is peculiar (Nanou) so I remember that well and was surprised to see her depicted as a Royal supporter during the news on Monday. Unless Nanou is a popular name for female socialists in La Rochelle.Anyway, lo and behold, Royal was named the candidate for the PS. A local election was called. Falorni made his views known, such as "Je la vomis", which I think translates either as "she's like vomit" or "she makes me throw up". Many people in the Jospin camp cheered. Royal didn't improve things by underscoring Falorni's status as a "seocnd banana". The local UMP entered the fray under the guise of former ministers Bussereau and Raffarin. Bussereau's in charge of the UMP in Charente Maritime and Raffarin won't forgive Royal for taking "his" region from him. They stated that weakening Royal would weaken the entire left in the region and would thus bolster their chances during the midterm elections. The atmosphere became so awful Martine Aubry (no Royal fan) cancelled the election, as was done in a variety of other party units where "the local climate was not conducive to serene voting". Thus Royal, who is president of the region and has been there since 1988, was qualified as "parachute9e" (a term the French use to describe someone who's sent to another area of the country in order to get elected.) The absence of an election was seen as proof she's a dictator in the making. And all was set in motion.Right now, Falorni would be elected with 83% votes from UMP and FN voters. However I note the Sud Ouest poll only had 600 people, so I don't think it's that dire.Yesterday, Royal and Falorni had a meeting. Royal looked clearly distressed and Falorni looked smug. I noted his meeting was attended by the local UMP.

This isn't a good situation. Still, what's done is done. Hopefully, Royal will win the rufonf but certain things clearly need to be settled for the future because I don't think that either Hollande or the PS can afford to have a loose cannon rolling around the c9lyse9e Palace with her own agenda but using Hollande's position as her power base. For whom does she speak? It isn't just that this is creating a soap opera with what is evidently Trierweiler's relentless rivalry with Se9gole8ne Royal. Royal is supposedly slated to be a minister in Hollande's new government, something which presumably won't happen if she is defeated in the rufonf. So the question must be asked: Who selects the ministers for this government and does Trierweiler now have an informal veto power? Is Trierweiler's support for Falorni against Hollande's wishes or is it the manifestation of his true desire to be rid of Aubry and also not have Royal in his government? I don't know how this can or will be resolved but if Trierweiler is really speaking for herself, she is nearly as great a danger to Hollande as anything the UMP can throw at him. http://uxrfzit.com fsqjiyc [link=http://tmbkxx.com]tmbkxx[/link]

It seems (still) a sound investment: elerctic cars for townships that have vast fleets running but little ground covered (mostly in-town or in-county), small elerctic trucks for a town's gardeners, for example, plus autoshare rentals, etc. There's an established client base since Heuliez makes buses for public transportation in towns and cities. The models are rather cute, not overpriced compared to the competition, and are produced in France. It's a mystery to me as to why the Heuliez cars aren't more popular and don't sell.
